When the @MetroSchools bus comes early, causing your teenagers miss the bus, and you have to wait in a 30 minute line to drop them off at @JamesLawsonHigh. (Photo taken on Hwy 70S at I-40 by my passenger!) Happy first day of school, everyone!

I flew to D.C. yesterday morning, and it took 1 hr 52 min to get to BNA via @WeGoTransit with a long wait for the 18. Despite only running hourly, the 18 was full of people who live and work along Elm Hill Pike. That route deserves better service.

Is there any good reason why @WeGoTransit Route 77 doesn't connect to the airport? Currently that route terminates at some apartments next to the airport instead of ending at BNA. Even with abysmal 1 hour headways, it could provide additional connectivity from BNA to Midtown.

If this was discussed during negotiations with the state it was never disclosed to councilmembers or the public. If it was not discussed it is proof that the state is not a trustworthy partner in this deal.
