@AmericanAir How can you say multiple @AmericanAir reps all stated the wrong info based on what they are seeing in the tolls provided and that I too saw it incorrectly apparently in the app????

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir I didn’t have any confusion. The app stated 4/14 and multiple reps saw it was 4/14 on their side!!! The response they gave is not proper and I’m looking to wscalate this and have @AmericanAir own up to their system issue!

I complained to @AmericanAir and they said they can’t do anything about it as they all of the sudden see 4/13 as the expiration! So multiple agents aknowledged the system issue but @AmericanAir won’t step in and fix it

Some background for folks- I had a trip credit that expired on 4/14 shown in their app. When I went to book my trip for our family it all the sudden disappeared. Talked to their agents for two hours and they confirmed it was 4/14 and didn’t understand why I could t see it
