The term ‘new normal’ is beyond premature. We are normalizing the idea that our federal officials can do far less than is acceptable or needed to eliminate big surges of infection at the expense of our health. Clean air in shared indoor spaces before saying ‘normal’

Great news: North Carolina can make school breakfast and lunch permanently free for 1.4 million students for under $100 million a year. That might sound like a lot, but it's really only about 1/3 of 1% of our overall state budget. That's a bargain! carolinaforward.org/blog/children-… #ncpol
