It would appear that the chipmunks that dug up some of my corn seeds distributed them elsewhere around the yard. Weird.

Back to the Frontier...3 of 8 episodes in...too much "reality" scripting and it leaves out A LOT of things. For starters, where's the water coming from?! Only one family seems to have any sense at all (Loper's). The others, wow. How do you find people so ignorant of the world?!

At first thought, it's worrisome when food companies have business issues. But to reality, I cannot remember the last time I've bought a name brand can of vegetables or fruit.

We're enjoying the last blast of summer weather and getting the fall crops ready to roll. In our zone, we only have 64 days until the average first frost. And the sunlight decreases to 11 hours by then.
