.@XPOLogistics drivers must pay for gas, repairs, & insurance themselves. They spend hours unpaid waiting in line–w/ no food, water, or restrooms provided–to get goods loaded. There is no fixing supply chains without bettering drivers' working conditions. prospect.org/economy/why-tr…
