@sbigeneral @FinMinIndia Really lawlessness in the country after 3months of complaint, i received the payment link. After payment i send payment details 5 times. Now these frauds are asking me 18new things. Is there any law exists inspite of complaint to IRDAI nothing is done.

@sbigeneral It is really very much shameful, that on receipt of the payment link is paid the policy premium & till now I send the payment screenshot 8times to your renewal mail. But customer support say that they didn't received it. Your support team is made to harass customers

@sbigeneral @FinMinIndia Totally shameless SBI GENERAL. Their Strategy is to sell a new policy in every 1-2 years to the same customerand discontinue the old policy to avoid any claim. Got 3 calls for new policy, but from 2months old policy is not renewed.

@sbigeneral @FinMinIndia After 100's of written complaints several telephonic follow-ups, i am unable to renew my policy. Such a cheating & scam. These people say only 5-10% people in India has medical insurance, yes because they don't believe you frauds specially IRDAI etc.

@sbigeneral @FinMinIndia In India no law and order persists. I am complaining from months to renewal of my policy as my policy SBI Arogya Plus plan is closed by IRDAI. I requested for Sanjeebani Plan but they are not approving it & offering me high premium policy, 8i can't afford

@reliancejio @JioCare It is one of the biggest shame that Jio is threatening customer's for doing recharge. They called me 17 times and threatened me for recharge. I didn't do the recharge as I am out of station. But this tendency is absurd. Who give you right to call us? Shame.
