Hey @shadowfax_in your team is not delivering my product from 3days and themselves they are rescheduling the delivery without contacting me and there is no delivery agent contact details also there is customer care number to speak about the issue. WTF it is?

I have selected channel as per @TRAI new rule on 31 Jan and there is block out is happening for many customers from @officiald2h I am trying to contact customer care from 4days after the recharge is done but it is not at all possible for connecting CC.
