Vivek Oberoi: I don't understand why some people are overreacting like this. Why are such senior and famous lawyers like Abhishek Singhvi ji and Kapil Sibal ji wasting time on filing a PIL on such a modest film? Don't know if they are scared of the film or of Chowkidar's 'danda'.

Congress Manifesto promises Single Rate GST. This effectively means that luxury items, Aam Aadmi commodities, and food items, all should be taxed at the same rate. Rahul Gandhi got this wisdom from Singapore which has no poverty. So, the Manifesto does not care about the poor.

Lt. General D.S. Hooda submitted his report to the Congress President on 31st March, 2019. Had any of the objected suggestions on National Security been suggested in the Hooda Report? It appears that committee was only for optics.

2019 Congress Manifesto is a Charter to Weaken India. After reading Congress Manifesto my worst fears have come true. The repeal of S.124A of the IPC, diluting AFSPA & “bail is the rule jail is the exception” for terrorists & hardcore criminals will compromise national security.

If remaining 6000 from congress party fund so it would be welcome if it from taxpayers fund , from this forum I am requesting to all political parties stop announcing subsidies,loan waivers from taxpayers fund , pls use own party fund , if people’s agreed, share it

The functioning of NCLT & the appellate Tribunal has led to a large number of cases being filed. The NCLT is over-crowded, its capacity is now being further enhanced. Further, the SC has pronounced several judgements expeditiously, laying down the Law on the IBC.

Despite an annual income tax relief of Rs. 97,000 Crore given to the smaller tax payers and a Rs. 80,000 Crore relief given to the GST assesses, tax collections have gone up. Rates of taxes, both direct and indirect have been reduced, but tax collections have gone up.
