This guy graduated from IIM L, left his job at Goldman to clear Civil Services and join IPS. Had a stellar reputation as an IPS officer, left it all to join politics.Had enough avenues to make shit loads of money both legally and illegally.Yet his integrity being questioned?

In addition to the numerator one should also look at the denominator to decode ROCE. Improvementt in WC can free up cash which can be used to pay up debt or it can be given back to the investors as dividend. This will lead to decrease in capital emp which would increase ROCE
