This government building, Bhagidari Bhawan in Lucknow, has been built with taxpayers’ money. Free UPSC coaching is provided here, but only for SC/ST/OBCs. When taxes are paid by all castes, how can benefits go only to a few? Many poor GC students need help- why exclude them?
