There is a pro-consumer rights movement for gaming right now called #StopKillingGames. It is currently try to pass an initiative to ensure that games that you pay for cannot be rendered completely unplayable after being sold to you, please consider supporting it.

Today's the #StopKillingGames promotion day planned by the volunteers! I encourage people to make a post with that hashtag. I'm just following orders though, it's safe to label me as a boomer in regards to social media.

Je soutiens #stopkillinggames. La situation actuelle concernant les droits du consommateur n'est pas acceptable. Et en 2025 les jeux vidéos sont clairement des artéfacts culturels qui doivent être préservés tout comme n'impore quel autre média.
