@ProgrammerLin This reminds me of unlimited detail by Euclidean... except we would actually be able to play this some day. This is amazing!
@ProgrammerLin Are the trees models? Or are they procedurally generated?
@ProgrammerLin wow that is really amazing i am hoping to put my irl sculptures into augmented reality this leads me to belive i will be able to if i toss one in a ct scanner. Is this idea possible?
@ProgrammerLin I would love to see this on the next Zelda game.
@ProgrammerLin Looks impressive. I wonder if skeletal meshes would work in a voxel engine?
@ProgrammerLin Ok, what kind of dark sorcery is this?
@ProgrammerLin Dude, you should just open source this. You’d get way more exposure. Plus people could actually start playing it.
@ProgrammerLin Are your ever gonna write a blog post or singing explaining how this all works to those of us who don’t know?
@ProgrammerLin At first I didn't even noticed that these trees are made out of voxels. Awesome stuff!
@ProgrammerLin This is like an impossible real life simulator except it's possible
@ProgrammerLin The details... oh man, I'm so glad that high-definition voxel worlds are finally becoming a reality.
@ProgrammerLin I like the voxel size switching. Cant wait to see more ! your project is so inspiring.
@ProgrammerLin wow :) is it performant enough for games? (will it be)
@ProgrammerLin Is it possible to cut a branch of the three and it will fall down to the ground? How that kind of experience with differ in different pixel square sizes. The world persistence would be totally affected for down/up scaling. How are you thinking about this approach?
@ProgrammerLin Now the detail level is incredible. It needs more performance, but nice work, impressive. Bye-bye Pixelart Painting Style :(
@ProgrammerLin emmm. Make a hunting simulator with this tech?
@ProgrammerLin Do you have a dynamic vector field in 3-space representing the wind?
@ProgrammerLin I have to ask, are you doing some kind of hybrid between voxels and pixel sprites that always face the camera? Some of the objects appear almost too smooth/blurry, like the voxels aren't actually voxels, but a single pixel-sprite centered at what would be the center of a voxel
