How knee Bursitis look like
Any treatment with prepatella bursitis can be treated by rest,ice compresses,and anti - inflammatory and pain medications.
When having a bursitis of the sac it needed to be treated from having so much impact on the mat.You get whats called “water knees”with the inflammation.You are needed to get them drained.
The sac located in front of the kneecap this area is constantly hit into the mat which causes sometimes sharp pain or swelling.
There is many knee ligament injuries in wrestling.First degree sprains can be treated with RICE (Resting,Ice,Compression& Elevation).
