Given information provided by multiple witnesses as well as other trusted TOs in the broader Smash scene, the National P+ TOs have elected for a permanent ban for Phresh for violating our one strike policy from his previous temporary ban.

Given a clear-cut case of targeted harassment to one of our community members, the Project M TOs will be banning both Sleek1 and Thundersnail, sometimes known as thugnificient or dadnificient. We recommend all other TOs follow suit accordingly.
