A treaty must be signed by the president and then ratified by 2/3 of the senate. The Supreme Court has routinely upheld that the Constitution and its amendments are the supreme law of the land in the U.S. and any treaty violating them is null & void. I’m not worried about this.

My crossman storm xt was around $100 in the late 2000s. Air rifles have come a decent way since then. Those permanently attached mufflers only appeared several years later when I was in high school.
