Vibe coding promises two things: we get code fast. we don’t need to hire expensive engineers. They ignore the hard one: what problem are we actually trying to solve?do you have a clear primary metric? will the team maintain ownership? etc.. we aren’t solving the right problem.

1. If it says “chat” and acts dumb, it’s probably over-aligned. Post-train it. 2. Look into abliteration techniques — distilled thought traces are more valuable than safety data. 3. If you’re looking for privacy, security, and customization, local LLM is the only solution.
