Hey yeah. It’s perfectly legal apart from the breach of the Estate Agents Act, the Property Ombudsman Code of Conduct oh, and the Fraud Act. There’s also the morality question... your mate is a worm. And let’s hope his own home subsides and he finds his buildings insurance lapsed
