My third time seeing High Parasite last night at Norwich Epic Studios supporting Cradle of Filth, quality as always. Nice to see Mulligan & O'Hare have now replaced Creme Brulee in the stage photograph. Met Jonny briefly afterwards after meeting Aaron the last two times.

My current time away was driven by two gigs being far enough away to make it daft coming home in between. So I looked for a gig somewhere in between and thought you can't go wrong with 2 hours of AC/DC, so this is Dirty DC rocking Chester Live Rooms last night.

Iron Maiden were absolutely incredible at Birmingham Arena last night, one of the best gigs I've ever seen in tough conditions. An immaculate setlist and jaw dropping show. Not bad for a bunch of old blokes. Think I'll do it again tonight!

Despite Pretty Hate Machine being one of the first albums I bought that was more alternative around 91/92, last night at Manchester Co-Op Live was the first time I'd actually seen them and they certainly didn't disappoint.
