✈️ Spirit Airlines ( $FLYY ) shares are plunging after-hours, down over 45%, following reports from WSJ that the company is preparing a new bankruptcy filing. Spirit Aviation Holdings also disclosed lease terminations on undelivered aircraft with $2.1M fees per plane.
