Should have had 2 new sofas in time for Christmas on the 16th Dec from @snugsofa. Instead they delivered the wrong pieces and damaged pieces. Should have had replacements today. Instead they’ve taken 2 away, only delivered 1. And it’s still wrong. Terrible service.

Life at the moment is like Monopoly, except the only squares are utilities, free parking doesn’t exist, there’s no extra £200, mortgages aren’t on offer, Monopoly money is worth about as much as real money, you’re not allowed to stop playing and there’s absolutely no chance.

Haven’t had internet since Thursday because @bt_uk didn’t actually process our house move. Was told on Thursday it would be 24hrs. On Friday was told 48hrs. This morning we’re told the order hasn’t even been placed yet and will be at least another 48hrs. What a shit show.

Can't believe that in our digital world amendment fees are still a thing. Especially when it takes a couple of clicks. Just paid an extra £30 to @KentishCeremony due to a COVID move which was done whilst on the phone. It's our time too, surely we should get £30 for the call too?

After postponing our 2020 wedding to 2021 we were heartbroken but sure it would go ahead. Instead we are no further forward. For us & all of our suppliers the 2021 wedding season needs a roadmap and support. @WAWofficialUK #whataboutweddings #standupforweddings @BorisJohnson
