Lights, camera, and action! Near perfect weather conditions lined up for a trip out to Southern VA NS Lines this past weekend, and the pictures speak for themselves! We had an amazing time out there and the trains sure didn’t disappoint!

A worthwhile trip filled with action and variety in Rocky Mount, NC marked the end of a great winter break for us! We now go our separate ways to power through another semester of college, hopefully learning a thing or two along the way! ;)

While it was a slow and cloudy start to the New Year, we did manage to see 2 YN2 leaders, one being the Spirit of Dante! If nothing else, it was nice to get out of the house and see what there was to see, even if it didn’t knock our socks off. Happy New Year!🥳

Another great day in Roanoke! A trip up to Roanoke yesterday led me to FIVE special interest units that were posted up in the yard! Four of them are posted below, and the last, NS 34, was stored in the coach yard where I couldn’t quite get to it…Enjoy! #NS #Railfan

For Our Troubles... An early morning drive for 2-1/2 hours to the Harrisburg, PA was just the start to the long day of railfanning we had ahead of us...but it was worth it! We saw 20 trains in total over the course of about 10 hours which is relatively good for the area!
