While 10 pin mini din was an improvement Sega made for the Saturn, the MD10 sockets currently available have the downside of requiring modification to the pin housing to be compatible with Saturn cables as the metal shell differs in shape.

Came across a Multi-AV cable with a “NDPD Analog A/V” tag while surveying which ground pin Nintendo used for audio. Sampling several generations they all used the bottom pin for audio, including the SHVC-010 RGB21 cable. “NPDP” probably not GCN dev kit related. 😆

Whipped up some replacement SNES multi-AV PCBs for @AngryHelder’s classic 3D printed mounts. Wanted larger pads for mini-coax wiring as well as thicker ground routing and ENIG vs HASL. Had a little fun with making just the tips of the SNES card edge have solder mask.

Compiled FPGA bitstreams for Analogue Pocket and several MiSTer cores to *roughly* compare resource requirements. Looking forward to Spiritualized1997’s SNES and Genesis cores for the Pocket! 😉

Not the snuggest of hole templates, but I like the idea! Carving out the snuggest holes for standard and mini HDMI connectors always requires TLC, an attention to detail, and a good set of files. @DragonsHoardMod

I wrote a little program to composite map images from scrolling game footage. There were some tiny speckles at edges that I thought were due to me running off my buffer, but it looks like the original master system Sonic had an off-by-one error with very fast movement.
