Reminder: this is the final week of Speed & Explosion. Thanks to all Hawklet student-athletes who have shown up each week to improve themselves! Our sessions will be on Wednesday and Friday mornings starting at 7:15 a.m. We'll be doing some testing - excited to see the results!

Reminder: Speed & Explosion will be tomorrow (Tuesday) morning at 7:15 a.m. This will be our only session of the week. And then we will have our final two sessions next week on Wednesday and Friday.

Closed out Week 5 of Speed & Explosion with another group of 60+ Hawklets in attendance. Coach Bradshaw led broad jumps, Coach Haden led form drills, and Coach Donohoe led bench jumps. Then worked on 40s... we'll be timing them again in two weeks. Rock State!

Speed ladders, plyo depth jumps, form drills, and hurdle mobility made for an intense day of stations. We finished up the session with competitive 5-10-5 reps. Keep improving, Hawklets!

Another great Speed & Explosion session this morning working with student-athletes from all 11 varsity sports! Today we had stations focused on starts, form drills, and hurdle mobility before hitting some flying 10s. Committing an hour twice a week - keep it up, Hawklets!

We closed out Week 2 with cone drills, form drills, and three-point starts before running 40s indoors. Top times were from Charlie Haake, Luke Kuechler, Van Pham, Micah Oder, and Maeson Tunley! Excited to see the form and time improvements when we run them again in a few weeks.
