Zoom Integration Error is under investigation. Instructors can access meetings through RIT's Zoom Portal rit.zoom.us to launch meetings and get the Invite Link if needed to share through email or announcements. Details in the myCourses Announcements on the front page.

The outstanding issue has been resolved. An internet service issue impacted the myCourses vendor as well as other services worldwide on Tuesday, Dec 7th. By evening, almost all systems had returned to normal. Document processing by myCourses and Turnitin reports had caught up.

Assignment submission previews are also not being generated, making Assignment grading inaccessible. The vendor is continuing to work on these issue.

The My Courses Listing is not loading. The vendor is working to address the issue. You can still access courses using the Course Selector "Waffle" icon found at the top of most pages on myCourses.
