People came together and chose their ganapati, for a certain time. This ganapati would see that the society is functioning as a unit, and every individual is respecting the rights of others.

This means, for every regulation ( law) the individuals themselves should come together and debate on the laws. But as societies have grown into nations today, this is unfeasible. During Buddha's time this was feasible. The societies of that Era were known as Gan rajyas.

Question arises ..who will set controls, as controls are anathema to freedom..? The individual themselves will choose the sort of regulations or controls they feel, are best suited to their society.

A person says he is free and there could drive on the footpath , what will happen..? Chaos will result. Thus, to safeguard the freedom of every one living in society some sort of control or regulation is required.

Because human beings are social animals, they live in a society. As a person's actions might infringe on the rights or liberties of another, a sort of regulation is necessary. See this in the context of traffic regulations.

Democracy. Democracy is an individuals right for self rule. This means that the individual him/her self chooses to impose boundaries on his liberty. Why are these boundaries required..?

एक सवाल तो ये भी है कि EVM और बैलेट पेपर ले जा रही गाड़ियां जगह-जगह पकड़ी जा रही है लेकिन बीजेपी वाले विरोध नहीं कर रहे। बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता हल्ला करते हुए नज़र नहीं आ रहे। विपक्षी दलों के समर्थक ही वोट की चोरी का आरोप लगा रहे हैं। बीजेपी वालों को ये डर क्यों नहीं है? क्या बात है ?
