Today C Sqn (The Legion) had their families afternoon. They deploy to Poland on Op CABRIT soon. It was capped off by the inaugural presentation of the ‘Mr Legion’ jacket to Cpl Patterson. Thanks to all the families that attended. @The_Black_Rats

So Im stupid enough to book 2 half Ironman distance triathlons in 5 weeks. Holkham Outlaw in Jun then Poland Half Ironman Aug. Both 70.3 miles, 1.2 mile swim 56 mile bike then 13.1 mile run. Aiming for under 5hr 15min. Really looking forward to that feeling of exhaustion and pain
