@myvoltas This issue is long pending. Since voltas is not responding in positive manner, seems need to knock the doors of consumer court and involve vide social media against voltas. If service is not received immediately and parts are not replaced urgently, may face court. AC in warranty

@UC_Assist @urbancompany_UC All costumers are advised to beware of Urban Company AC service. Worst experience. Inexperienced staff. Unable to ride a ladder just 6-7 feet. This was first to refuse in last many years of service by other renowned brands
