Yet to receive any update from your end, asking me to reach out to the travel desk doesn't solve the issue. Since they are not able to do it, I had to raise it. @Flipkart you should consider stopping your flight booking services.

@Flipkartsupport I just spoke to the @Flipkart @Flipkartsupport travel desk and they say that they have no confirmation from @flyspicejet and @IndiGo6E regarding the refund confirmation. It has been more than a month now. How much longer are you going to keep my money?

Terribly all @airindiain @Flipkart and travel partner @ixigo involved in fraud. I am continuously asking for refund against flight cancellation but all they ignoring to resolve the problem.

Never book your flight with @Flipkart travel. They are totally fraud company. I have raised a complain more than one month ago but today is my travel date, still they are saying 'wait for 48 hours'. Shame on @Flipkart. Help me out @Flipkartsupport

Caution, Warning ⚠️!Do NOT ever book the flight from @Flipkart travels. You'll get frustrated and feel helpless and irritated while talking to their customer care. Airline cancelled flight on 16 Nov and he says it'll take 4 months to get your refund. Who the hell takes 4 months??

Fair warning. If booking international travel dont book through @Flipkart travels. I have never faced such foul mouthed person & irate cstmr care personnel ever in my life. Instead of owning 2 mistake and solving he asked me apka ticket ap airline walo s bath karo.

@flipkartsupport I lost that trust & belief already. I raised 4 concerns since I booked my ticket but nobody helped me from Flipkart. Instead, I had to reach out to Airlines to fix my problems. Ur agents should know how to respond to customers for their critical issues.I'll upload recordings soon
