The concept (and real scenario) of Main DPS E1 Cyrene is crazy though All of the buff she provides partywide benefits her too she has self 50% crate buff, 24% self HP buff, and the craziest nuts 120% Resistance Penetration when she hit 240 spd, even at 200 spd, thats 40%..

In V3, I expect Cyrene to be able to generate her stacks via enemies hitting. If that's asking too much then just remove the stack gains after 1st ult. Her stack gains are painfully slow Her e2 should've been e1 Her e1 should've been e2
