I figure it was seeking water down there. Also, I doubt it bit me, and it was a normal-looking spider and I have no reason to expect necrosis.

This AM the spider was gone from the ceiling corner above the tub/shower. I correctly guessed it had moved near the basin. It gradually calmed down as I tried to get it to move upward, and eventually I coaxed it onto the back of my hand and dumped it elsewhere in the bathroom.

Nimmo and Lindor are the only very bad long-term contracts, and neither player is likely to be bad in 2026. Most of the rest of the roster could be dumped by mid-winter. If Stearns were actually quite a good exec, big turnaround. Should've fired him and Mendoza. #mets

Other than game 3, meek series by #yankees and I hope that's enough to make Bellinger consider the #mets. As for Yankees losing, I like that in itself, but heh kind of a given soon enough and I hope he realizes a championship there this decade has never been realistic.
