Struggling with @AzureSupport Paid all invoices 4 days ago but still have suspended services. @Microsoft updates SaaS subscription status rarely (it's 5 days old). Paid for extra support & have had a Severity A support request 2204110030000646 out since last night. Frustrated!!

It's variously up and down. Sometimes we can get into the admin console, sometimes we can't. A lot of users can't get into outlook either.

My advice: Make sure that the producer has a script to follow (not word for word but who is on and in which order) and some PowerPoint "gap-filler" slides just in case.

Apparently while you can restore deleted groups in @Office365 , you can't restore live groups where members have been removed. IMHO, this is a hole in the #disasterrecovery & #backup strategy. Please vote for my #UserVoice. office365.uservoice.com/forums/273493-…

A great article - There's a definite decrease in #globalisation. I'm surprised that #security, #privacy and #compliance concerns aren't higher on the list.
