Drove along the whole length of Douglas Promenade at around 2pm today and in total there were 4 orange clad workers on site. 2 of them were talking to a digger driver the other 4th bloke seemed to be aimlessly wandering around. @mypromisleofman #isleofman #iom @IOMGovernment

Anyone else feel that because their MHK has become an Isle of Man Government Minister that they have sort of forgotten their constituents who put them there in the first place? Alf Cannan is our MHK and he is so tied up with being a Minister he has totally forgotten about us #iom

Is it right that a UK Bakery bread (Warburtons) is widely used on the Isle of Man Steam Packet's boat Ben my Chree? The Steam Packet is owned by the IOM Taxpayers so shouldn't we be supporting Isle of Man local industry and produce? #iom #IsleofMan @IOMGovernment

OK its getting a bit boring now, my fish pond is overflowing in my garden, the fish are however happy, its torrential rain yet again this PM but i still can't wash my blinking car because of Dr @allinson_alex hose pipe ban. Any chance Dr?? Please, just up until Christmas? 👍#iom

So its hammering down with rain again here on our fair Isle, the river next to my house is raging with water and our reservoirs are filling again, maybe by Christmas the Manx Utilities Authority may have relaxed the hose pipe ban?! #timeenough #iom #isleofman #manx #drought
