Socialism will definitely put an end to needing ICE. I can't recall people trying to cross over into the Soviet Union and, even if they wanted to, the electric fences and troops were an effective deterrent.

Hillary broke dozens of Federal laws and lied to congress and we gave her a free pass. Bill met with Loretta Lynch on the tarmac and obstructed justice. He got a free pass too. Either we convict everyone who breaks the law or no one. No cherry picking.
