A driver should honk five times if she doesn’t move then proceed forward. These people have to understand that they will get run over. Five honks should be the warning that you’re about to proceed and drive forward if they make the decision not to move well that is gonna be their last mistake. She must’ve been one of those little girls that used to ride her bike in the middle of the street.
