President Trump knows that Barry Obama is no friend to America. His man/wife, Michael Obama said so on several occasions. When he/she spoke about not being proud of the USA. There's no evidence of such. But any sitting president has the authority of removing past presidents from privileged information. Whether Trump did remove Obama would not be a surprise given Obama is now a decade removed from the center of government. The beauty of having living former presidents is that the sitting president can draw on their archival first person knowledge. However, the rancor among these past presidents with President Trump doesn't appear to provide Trump non partisan value. Having said that information is always useful, just filter. Biden's memory may not be as useful, and Harris never appeared to have had a functioning role that depriving both and their staff makes sense. [Apparently, it appearsBiden was the first president to remove a living past president of this privilege. ]
