Apparently the “Isak 9” #LFC shirt sales generated enough profit in the first 48 minutes of the official club store opening this morning to pay for Isak AND his wages. WOW. We’ve essentially signed him for free, meaning that we still have the entire Coutinho fee for January 👍

Consolation for me tonight is what happened with Virgil. If we really want Guehi we will wait till Jan and get it done. We will be fine until then hopefully. It's a tiny blow but let's now enjoy the big reveal of the best striker on the planet. This window was no failure.

All this crap with Isak and Guehi proves one thing. LFC should never deal with another premiership club. Every single one of them hate us and make it as awkward as possible. We done nothing wrong with both but both teams spitting their dummy's out like bitter childish amateurs

I think we are holding off this 2nd bid for as long as possible because if they do get that 2nd striker it gives us the upper hand and I can see £120m being enough. If they don't, I can see us having to cough off more. Which I think we will do but it's a waiting game right now

Simply can't rely on Newcastle to sign a striker now (either totally inept or doing it on purpose). Time to throw a huge 'take it or leave it' bid in. If rejected, go again in Jan and move onto Guehi imo

For Isak to come to LFC I think they need to sign Wissa followed by a written transfer request by Isak and then LFC come in with a take it or leave it HUGE offer. I think that's the only way it can happen this summer.
