I am not surprised DHS has to stop payments in yet another fraud-ridden program. @MN_Fraud_Cmte held a hearing on ICS programs last week to expose fraud in this area. Due to the MASSIVE FAILURE of internal controls at DHS, they will probably have to stop payments on more.
