Alright I think this one is the design to make it work it requires a bit more floss but I think it will be able to hold tension.
So an idea just got 3D printed I planned to make a plate that clicks in and will hold the tension in the string but it is hard to get in place for it to work so time to think of something bigger and better but with no bigger.
Yo New Idea with a hole it is hard to 3d print because of a range of factors so I made a hole with a plate to help retain the tension in the floss.
Alright good news and bad news. The idea behind the threads was a good idea to have a fitting to retain the tension but with the 3D printer the threads were too small so I’m gonna try and make another fitting and see if it works. #newidea
You know that if something fails try again that is was I did the little hooks did not retain tension and so a new idea was born threads. A wonderful idea that could make the overall idea more efficient and easy.
It has been done the 3D print is COMPLETE!!!! However when looking at it and testing it the holes to threat the floss are small so I plan to increase the thickness of the overall project as well as make the hole for the floss bigger and more convenient to use. #upgrades
Started with the modeling back then and this is the overall idea of what it will look like. It was made and I plan to 3d print it and figure out the flaw an fix them. #SolidWorks
