ADHD Tip: Time-based Goals Don’t use outcome-based goals: finish the paper, clean the office, file my taxes Instead, use time-based goals: write for 30m, clean for 10m, work on taxes until 8pm Gives you positive reinforcement—you feel success even if time estimation is off.
