Do really Junubeen read the R-ACRCISS well? The Presidency has no power to decide the fate of the R-TGNOU ,but the political parties signatories to the R-ARCISS will be the ones to decide whether the R-TGNOU lifespans will be extended or we go for election comes December, 2024.
