The “DID is the worst thing ever and causes nothing but agony” mindset made us so suicidal we couldn’t function for months. The more we heal the more we’re able to appreciate the funny and positive moments that come with being a system. It doesn’t mean it’s all great.

I come to front for the first time in a bit and we've committed to quit weed, deleted our medical card, in the psych ward, and going into residential treatment in two days for at least a month. Tryin not to freak out at all the big changes. -Scara
