Great day training yesterday with this up and coming ocean rower, Angus 😉 with 2 atlantic crossings, 1 Indian ocean crossing, a smattering of work records and having coached many many teams. Much was learned.

48 hour row complete! I also couldn't see the face I was pulling in the second photo. Had all kinds of conditions variable wind speeds and directions plus hit waves which knocked me off my seat on more than one occasion! @ACampaigns @RannochNews

Great little pb last week! 205kg for 5 reps in the Windsor Prison Yard! Very happy with the way my strength training is going. But just as important as this is my mobility and even yoga. There's no recovery in the Atlantic, so don't get injured!!

Throwing back to when I snuck off to the Philippines for 10 days of diving exploration with Chris Baker. We channeled jacques cousteau / Bill Murray, discovered amazing dive sites, met a real life bond villain and this also landed me in the @fourth_element catalogue!

Great session back in th. Boat yesterday. First time out by myself, first time anchoring, bit of radio practice, plus I didn't put a hole in the boat when I came back in. Really happy with how my training is going at the moment. Also I saw seals.
