Over the weekend I had a great strength session with my good mate Liam from @vagabondstrength. Training at local fitness studio @rep1_fitness_inc, we focused on strength and conditioning to reinforce the message to my body that it is safe to move. #stuckthedocumentary #health

During the program, Jack from wanted me to show him how I move my body in day to day life. It was here he discovered that I embrace tension and hold my body in a protective mode, trying to keep it safe, rather than moving in a way that feels intuitive for me.
