Do the kids at your school call you Mr or Mrs or do they use 1st names ? I’m wanting to approach leadership at my school to ask for a change to 1st names and want to find out your experience. Is there any research around regarding this. @MrHairPhysEd @cpola17 @mrrobbo @pecentral
