Great evening for some #Astrophotography. Just in the back garden with my Google Pixel 8 on night mode and some contrast adjustments to remove ambient lighting. No #PlanetaryParade but wide sky shots of Jupiter, Mars, Venus, Pleiades.

#STS70s I’ve been listening in the car so couldn’t comment but loved to hear 25 or 6 to 4 #Chicago earlier. And the #ELO tracks have been great, must revisit that album (Face the Music). Great show… cheers🎵🎵😎

#MansunTop15 2 Special/ Blown it (delete as appropriate) Six A 2m20s intro with the usual guitar effects leads into a rock infused song. For me the lyrics hit home which is it why it scores highly. Life’s wasted chances & missed opportunities “I could’ve been somebody special.”

#MansunTop15 3 Six Six Opening track from the Six album and it’s a doozy. Catchy, proggy (in album form) with a crazy middle section. This is a track that no other chart band of that era would produce. These are my Paul Draper signed lyrics. Awesome.

#MansunTop15 4 Dark Mavis AotGL Closer (+ hidden track) to a fabulous album. Singalong outro preceded by story telling vocals. Melodic piano and string intro bring us into the main tune. Captivating vocal harmonies in the background . Simple but effective.

#MansunTop15 5. Wide Open Space AotGL Possible the best known Mansun release. With good reason. When I listen to this I can imagine myself in the middle of nowhere… Chad’s great guitar piece in the middle, Paul’s lyric and vocal are class. The whole tune just works.

#ChooseTheChoons I used to own the 12" of this Eighth Wonder track. Lent it to a friend in the '80s (along with my Wild Boys 12"). Never saw it again... Prefer this version to the PSB one to be honest...
