LLMs can be wrong and will tend to agree with you. They just say what other people have said. Citing an LLM response as proof of something doesn’t really prove much
It looks like the Robotaxi's do have a "stop" button on the screen? The "safety monitor" in this @DrKnowItAll16 video actually had to put his finger over it. This would in fact, make the "safety monitor" a "safety driver".

Unfortunately, "safety drivers" will dominate the conversation. If Tesla had a PR team, they would have dressed the monitors in guard uniforms and called them security guards. They should have put out a press release discussing exactly what the security guards were their for.
