I don’t wanna knock anyone’s one tick flip strategy or anyone who actually invests in penny stocks, but imo, to maximize gains, swinging is the way to go 💯 If I’m wrong, tell me why in comments…I’m open for debate & could possibly be swayed 🤷‍♀️😆

Sticking point: @Alpharidge_Cap wants to ensure that EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS ARE PROTECTED in all merger transactions. Thus, it intends to include a Restrictive Clause, forbidding Reverse-Splits for two years minimum after closing the deal, in all of its merger agreements.

@Alpharidge_Cap is on track to meet the 9/28/2021 deadline. It has also finalized merger candidates for three of its custos. @Alpharidge_Cap will keep custos until Pink Current to prevent disruptions. Mergers would be executed after Pink Current. Below is merger sticking-point:
