Some of you are still building on-chain casinos. Others are quietly building infrastructure for global capital flows. Guess who wins long term?
The next breakout infra company in crypto won’t be sexy. It’ll be a bridge between Excel and blockchains. 🌉 Said that for 2 years already.
RWAs are inevitable. The winners will quietly build the pipes no one sees — until everyone uses them.
Everyone is building onchain front-ends. The real moat is offchain plumbing.
Want to onboard institutions? Don’t sell the protocol. Sell the workflow that saves them 6 months.
In TradFi, custody is a solved problem. In crypto, it’s a chaos zoo. Tokenized assets need adult custody solutions, not vibes.
Most of my best work didn’t start with a plan. It started with: "Nobody else is stepping up… so I will."
The boring part of tokenization? KYC, compliance, fund admin, custody. The fun part? Making all that invisible to the user.
Tokenization isn’t the future. It’s the bridge between the old system and the new. And bridges aren’t flashy. They’re engineered. 🌉
If your tokenized asset needs a 20-page explainer, it’s not a product. It’s homework.
