Next chapter begins for Finlay as he signs for @HibernianFC Academy. Special night signing on clubs 150th anniversary. A club close to home means he can focus on ⚽️ and more importantly be a 10 year old kid 💚

This is excellent and highlights everything about Scottish football right now. No wonder so much of our talent is going down to England or abroad as no clear pathway for many of the teams. Scottish football needs to do better….

Scott McTominay was a very late developer 15 looking more like a 12 yr old 15-19 he hardly played as he grew nearly 12”When he played he was always the smallest - we convinced him he’d benefit & adapt being small but would end up the tallest - he was always up for the challenge!

Can’t change league position. Last home game of the season - why not start young boys, give them experience of playing at Ibrox ahead of pushing for a more regular place next season. Big teams like Barca can play youngsters so what is there to lose?
