I've had Anxiety for 7 years now but this year has been my worst year yet. I got really depressed, I wanted to die, feeling worthless, hurt, alone and thinking everyone would be better off with me. I still struggle with both but im glad im still here. #WorldMentalHealthDay

The most important lesson I have learnt is when you're in a relationship, don't forget about your friends. Because if/when your relationship ends they won't be there anymore. I miss so many people.
